In-stock items ordered before 12:00 pm CST are usually shipped the same day. Delays may occur due to weather, availability or other circumstances.
  • Standard Delivery: Unless an expedited service is requested, your order should arrive in approximately 5-7 business days after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST).
  • Under normal conditions, orders placed before 12:00 noon CST Monday through Thursday will ship that day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon CST Monday through Thursday will ship the following day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 noon CST on Friday will ship the following Monday as we are unable to ship on the weekend. Also, please note that Saturday and Sunday are not counted in the transit times listed on our site.
  • Backorders will be shipped as soon as they are received & processed.

Please note rush orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive within the next two business day after shipping. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for this service.

Overnight Deliveries add $55.00 to standard delivery charges (reflected above). Your order should arrive within one business day after shipping if ordered by 12:00 noon (CST). Please note rush orders placed Friday after 12:00 noon (CST) or Saturday will be processed Monday and should arrive within the next business day after shipping.

*Deliveries are guaranteed on in-stock merchandise only. Backorder & Special Orders will ship upon receipt. In this case we will notify by email providing status information.

Due to our strict quality standards, we are not able to ship outside the United States, to P.O. boxes, or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.

Return policy as stated applies to all phone orders placed from website as well as in all in store purchases.

We hope you will love your selection. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 14 days of receipt. Wrap the packages well, include the receipt and mail it back to the address below. Remember to insure for full value. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the item/s is damaged, they must be reported within 14 days of receipt. The item/items must be kept with the original shipping packaging for a return pick-up provided by Napa Home. ALL SALE MERCHANDISE IS FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
